Warranty Policy

If you experience a manufacturer’s defect with your frame, or an issue arising from an intrinsic flaw in the product, PALA provides a 1 year warranty from the time of purchase. If you feel your product meets these requirements, please email help@palaeyewear.com explaining the nature of your claim and details of your purchase.

Physical damage to the frames and/or scratched lenses are not covered by warranty. Pala do not manufacture or sell replacement lenses, however for most of our frames you can have lenses fitted at your local optician.
